One of our top clients working in providing a centralised reservations system to facilitate day to day operations are looking for a German Customer Support Agent to join their energetic and dynamic team Responsibilities: Work with Sales Managers and Customer Support agents to create and maintain a win-win relationship with new and current customers Analyze and understand customer business requirements and issues Customer setup, onboarding and training Customer support, troubleshooting and solution development Support Product Management with identifying product enhancements and improvements Work hand-in-hand with Sales Managers to provide advice and training to 'at risk' customers Requirements: Having a college degree will be considered an asset 2 years’ experience in a support environment, experience in travel or hospitality industry will be preferred Fluent in English and German Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint Strong analytical, organizational, communication and people skills required Be customer focused and determined to offer high quality service Be a team player and a demonstrate a sense of ownership Be proactive, solution oriented and focused on key initiative
