At Swiset, we are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with a strong focus on creative and commercial development to lead our marketing strategies and expand Swiset's (&PTF) presence in the global trading and financial technology market. This position is critical to Swiset's growth, as you will be in charge of designing and executing innovative marketing strategies that impact both brand recognition and lead generation in the B2C and B2B sectors, adapting to diverse regions such as LATAM and international markets.
✅ Role Objective.
The CMO at Swiset will directly impact user growth, B2B market expansion, and marketing investment optimization. This professional will guide all marketing strategies with a focus on measurable results, ensuring agile and effective implementation in each market.
✅ Key Responsibilities.
1. Strategy Development and Business Growth:
● Design and lead digital marketing and brand strategies that align with Swiset's awareness, engagement, and user growth objectives.
● Adapt and oversee specific regional strategies for LATAM, Brazil, and other key markets, ensuring a tailored approach to each region's cultural and commercial particularities.
● Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, ensuring campaigns positively impact Swiset's business objectives.
2. Digital Marketing and Viral Campaigns Leadership:
● Lead campaigns in SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and other digital acquisition channels with a focus on maximizing return on investment (ROI).
● Develop inbound marketing strategies with valuable content, including blogs, use cases, and podcasts, that reinforce loyalty and increase demand.
● Create viral and disruptive campaigns in the Hispanic trading community, encouraging platform use and increasing brand recognition.
3. Market and Competitive Analysis:
● Conduct trend analysis and competitive research to adapt marketing strategies to market demands, capitalizing on opportunities and staying ahead of the curve.
● Develop a comprehensive market vision to align Swiset's strategy with best practices and differentiators in the fintech sector.
4. Managing and Developing High-Performance Teams:
● Lead a cross-functional marketing team focusing on creativity, innovation, and productivity, setting clear objectives and fostering a collaborative environment.
● Monitor team performance, ensuring meeting goals and promoting a measurable results-oriented culture.
5. Strategic Marketing Budget Optimization:
● Manage the marketing budget with precision, maximizing the efficiency of ● each investment and aligning with growth and profitability KPIs.
● Decide which strategic events to participate in and manage marketing resources across events, merchandising, and advertising to optimize Swiset's visibility.
✅ Requirements
● Marketing experience in Trading and Finance: at least 3 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in financial markets and investment assets.
● Analytical Skills and Data-Driven Orientation: Strong knowledge of marketing metrics analysis for informed decision-making, with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.
● B2B Marketing and Demand Generation Experience: At least 3 years of experience in B2B brands, developing effective lead generation strategies in diverse regions.
● Leadership and Adaptability: Team leadership experience with the ability to demand strong results and adjust to the demands of different markets.
● Commercial Creativity and Innovation: Entrepreneurial spirit to devise disruptive campaigns that differentiate Swiset in the trading market.
● Fluent English: Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in written and spoken English.
● Willingness to Travel: Flexibility for strategic travel and event attendance as business needs dictate.
