• Supervises housekeeping staff as duties are being performed.

• Receives, processes, and handles guest complaints in regard to housekeeping services.
• Ensures that rooms are kept clean and free from hazards.
• Ensures that all common areas are kept clean and free from hazards.
• Organizes all staff during the day and hosts daily meetings with housekeeping staff.
• Assists guests or patients with questions and basic requests.
• Provides a high level of customer service at all times; remains professional.
• Hires and fires housekeeping staff; trains new housekeepers after hire.
• Meets with company officials regularly in order to provide progress reports and address issues.
