Job Overview:
HR Generalist for Venti Technologies, a deep tech company with a team of PhDs, is seeking an experienced HR professional with 8-10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR Operations and have worked in a startup environment with less than 100 employees.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee all HR operations, including employment contracts, ESOP details, and other HR-related matters.
- Handle recruiting and hiring processes, including first-round interviews with the VC and second-round interviews with the CEO.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Manage employee relations, addressing any HR-related concerns or issues.
- Administer employee benefits, including leave management, employee wellness programs, and other benefits programs.
- Maintain employee records and files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
Required skills and experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in HR, with a strong background in HR Operations.
- Experience working in a startup environment with less than 100 employees.
- All-rounder HR professional, with a strong emphasis on HR Operations.
- Good understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in HR software, databases, and other HR-related technologies.
