In order to pursue our development in Europe and keep on growing internationally, we are looking for a new teammate for our office in Brussels. WHAT YOU WILL DO: As HR intern, you will be mainly assisting the Human Resources team with the following tasks: Building and promoting relationships with current or future hunting agencies/companies. Recruiting new talents. Implementing a benefit program strategy for the employees (ex: bonus, training, etc.). Responsible for the well-being in the company. Getting feedback from each employee and understand the internal needs. Implementing, analyzing and reporting work evaluations. Making exhaustive and accurate reports of results. Organizing team buildings for the company. WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU: You are a student in HR, business management, development cooperation or other related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. MS Office proficiency. Excellent ability to prioritize and organize, self-motivation and independence. Flexibility, teamwork, detail orientation, and ability to work under pressure. Your English level must be one of your strengths. Any other language is a plus (French, Spanish, Italian, German, Polish, etc.). A formal internship convention, as part of your studies.
