Should have good experience in end to end IT or Non IT recruitment.
Excellent sourcing techniques through Job portal, headhunting and social networking sites like LinkedIn and so on
Sourcing candidates through job portals/ social media/ LinkedIn etc in accordance of the Job description.
Well versed with various tools , job site search , keyword commands , latest methodologies sourcing techniques
Souring the Data from Job Portal and share with team
Manage candidate Selections, offer negotiations, and follow up till joining / on - boarding of them
Education & Qualification-
Should have graduate from any stream
Should have done MBA or diploma in Human resources
Experience-
Should have minimum 1-2 years of experience from a Recruitment consultancy background.
Skills/ Competencies-
Good English communication is must in verbal and writing
Good negotiation skills
Pro active to understand the situation and provide some logical answer to candidates and clients
Advance interpersonal skills
Knowledge of recruitment software and database system
