Job Description:
-Manage end to end process of recruitment
-Find and attract qualified applicants for open positions
-Screening candidates, interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies.
-Job posting for all types of Job posting sites. (Linkedin, Indeed & Facebook)
-Monitoring of the evaluation for probationary employees.
-Assist in preparation for memo for tardiness.
-Assist in the preparation of payroll. Validates employee timesheets or time cards and overtime authorization forms.
-Other task given by the management from time to time.
