We are seeking experienced Implementation Consultants to join our team. As an Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing Scotty AI for our clients. You will work closely with our customer success and product teams to ensure successful implementation, scaling, training, and support for our clients.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients for the implementation process;
Work closely with our customer success managers in delivering success for our clients;
Understand the client's business requirements and tailor the implementation of Scotty AI to meet those needs;
Provide advice, training and support to clients on how to successfully use Scotty AI;
Work closely with our product teams to drive continuous improvements and troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process;
Ensure that the implementation is completed on time and on or above customer expectations;
Collaborate with the sales team to identify additional opportunities;
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a software implementation, product owner and/or digital consultancy role;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Strong problem-solving abilities;
Experience with or a passion for AI-powered automation is a plus;
Minimal Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field;
Dutch and English C2 level;
Live in, and you are allowed to work in The Netherlands;
