We are looking for an International Recruiter Freelance to join our BPO (multilingual) recruitment teams that has:
- At least 6 months of experience in recruitment/sourcing or you have worked as: customer service or sales representative
- Fluent in English + another European language (Italian,Greek, French, Portuguese, German or Dutch)
- Familiar with Social Media, resume Databases and Professional Networks;
- Minimum availability of **30 hours** per week.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong resilient and proactive attitude.
- Strong sense of commitment and responsibility
- Results-oriented
Your role:
- Coordinating with your manager to identify ongoing needs;
- Posting the job vacancies in diverse international platforms;
- Headhunting potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks);
- Screening candidates that fit the required profile;
- Planning and executing preliminary interviews;
- Fostering long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates;
- Following up with candidates until they are hired
