BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
Working proficiency in developmental toolsets
Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals

Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages: Java, Spring Framework, Rest Services, No-SQL
Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement
Experience in cloud-based application architectures, micro services, and distributed systems including hands-on experience with a cloud platform such as Pivotal Cloud Foundry or AWS, Reactive Programming, Kafka
Experience applying and advancing modern agile software delivery practices such as scrum, continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD), TDD, BDD, DevOps, and automation.
Experience with Payments Integrations, Digital Wallets, Alternate Method Of Payments, Cloud(AWS), ISO messaging, payments API(JSON), Credit Card Processing, Acquirer and Issuer Processing experience
