What is expected of you?
• Monitor the business performance of the company and clients to ensure that they are in line with the level of compliance of the financial and regulatory standards
• Identify potential risks in relation to the operations and carry out further actions on the company's part as a result of the surveillance process
• Analyse the periodic financial data submitted by clients to ensure that they are in line with their obligations
• Attend to on-site compliance visits and report the outcome of some assignments as may be appropriate and necessary
• As-hoc tasks that may be required
What are you expected to bring?
• Degree in Accountancy, Commerce, or a related field
• Currently undertaking the ACCA certification or equivalent qualification
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Have a working knowledge of IFRS
• Previous experience in auditing or the insurance industry would be considered an asset
• A team player who is also self-motivated and can work on own initiative and under minimal supervision
• Be analytical, results-oriented and with a can-do attitude
• Excellent time-management skills and able to prioritise and manage different tasks
