Responsibilities: Source, Select & Coordinate Product Buy To attend all buy trips when required Logging Product during buy Place & Coordinate Order To Manage POs and follow shipment status Prepare Report on Buy for upload to POS System (eg product details, profit margin, pricing, quantity) Distribution of Product (determining which product and quantity to be sent to stores) Correspond with Supplier Initial Buy Price Negotiation Quality Check Build, Maintain & Manage supplier relationship Product follow Up Delivery (on-time; follow up) Payment Correspondent Re-order - To instruct special order/replenishment where required Correspond with Forwarder Check on Cargo and Delivery Ensuring products are delivered on time and address invoice issues Administration, Sales Target and Reporting Prepare reports and updates and when required Support purchasing needs Communicate any supply problems which may impact business operations Annual Sales Target - to analyze Annual Sales Target and how to achieve it Reporting and Analysis Generate and analyze Weekly/Monthly Sales Reporting Generate and analyze Category Sales Reporting Generate and analyze Sell-Through & Profit Reporting Other Reports and Updates when required Generate and Check Stock & Group Stock Balances Sales Plan - Monthly and Annual update and proposal to management for areas for improvement (Eg Sales/Inventory Management, Product/Price/Inventory issues which needed to be resolved) Replenishment & Auditing Assistance and Analysis of Replenishment from Shop Level to Restocking Support on a shop level (Visitation and Auditing) making sure all products are stocked as necessary To periodically visit shops for ensure Product display is in place To coordinate consolidation of stocks as and when required Merchandising of Product To help, plan, schedule and guide merchandising of product on a new stores To help, plan, schedule and guide merchandising of product for a new category of product or series of product launch To consult on product use during merchandising (eg to give visual guide on how to use product for Shop Product Description Signage) To assist in sourcing for display materials/props for product launch when required Any other ad-hoc task assigned. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or equivalent. Fresh grad are encouraged to apply. MANDARIN speaker Entry Level position with ANY work experience preferred Strong problem-solving skills Possess own transport and willing to travel. Must be self-motivated, independent, proactive, good interpersonal skill, able to multitask and work under pressure.
