Excellent system/operational knowledge of:
o use of Personal Computers and connected devices.
o standard SW platform of the Customer in Microsoft operating environment or
Microsoft office 365 suite, One Drive, Teams
o operation in a local and geographic network environment or Windows
platform management tools, especially SCCM.
- Good knowledge of the use and typical problems of the Customer's environment
- Ability to use productivity tools (Remote Control, supervision console and anything
else made available by the Customer) to better define the problems being managed
- Ability to use call recording tool.
