The Remote Sales Representative / Customer Acquisition Agent in the credit union referral channel is responsible for introducing and selling The Family Security Plan products to new members transferred to our call center directly from our credit union call center representatives and new members so having the ability to communicate professionally and effectively is a must. This is an hourly plus bonus position. Introduce The Family Security Plan products and services to interested members transferred to us from specific credit union call centers. ▪ Answer calls in a professional manner discussing incentive programs for the credit union and The Family Security Plan ▪ Achieve/Exceed monthly sales and retention objectives as determined by the Focus Plan. ▪ Qualify and close prospective members and recommend appropriate solutions for their insurance needs. ▪ Call and follow up on members through the appointment process and up sell opportunities ▪ Accurately and thoroughly complete and submit insurance applications and documentation in accordance with company guidelines. ▪ Take overflow sales calls from the other channels in the call center. ▪ Enter all sales and lead follow up appointments and ongoing documentation in the designated system. ▪ Ability to work similar hours as the credit union call centers. ▪ Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethic codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team. ▪ Maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a sale. ▪ Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values. ▪ Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments.
