Responsibilities:
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
• Make phone calls and send emails to potential clients to introduce factoring services and generate interest.
• Maintain accurate records of communications and the status of potential clients and follow up effectively.
• Qualify leads based on their interest and purchasing capacity.
• Collaborate with the sales and business relations team to transfer qualified leads.
• Participate in the creation and execution of lead generation strategies.
• Stay updated on the company's products and services and effectively communicate their value proposition to leads.
Requirements:
• Previous experience of at least 3 years in lead generation, outbound calls preferably in the financial industry.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proactive attitude and results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead tracking.
• Ability to establish effective relationships and gain the trust of potential clients.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Focus on quality and attention to detail.
