Innovations groups is looking for a HR and Admin Assistant for Luo City Spa Club which is part of the Group.
Relocation to Philippines is required.
Willing to work 6 days/week.
Have good Mandarin language skills.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring day-to-day operations of the HR and administrative functions.
Maintaining attendance and leave records, preparing and updating personal files for all employees. Ensure cleanliness of office and facility premises. Look after the safety & security issues of the company.
Supporting recruitment process (Job description, job specification, advertisement, CV screening, reference check, job offer, job contract, and placement), onboarding/induction, transfer, separation, contract renewal, and exit interview.
Maintaining official documents, and ensuring proper documentation of all HR & Admin-related files. Issue employee accessories, official uniforms, and corporate numbers.
Coordinating compliance issues, safety & security, and hygiene as per labor law in the central office and facility premises.
Handling transport, liaison with labor office, local authorities, and other govt offices.
Assisting in various event organization and source-required logistics. Maintain vendor relations and adopt cost-effective strategies.
Ideal Profile
Requirements:
You possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant subject.
You should be able to communicate in Mandarin to liaise effectively with stakeholders.
You have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as HR and admin
You are familiar with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
