Salary: £24,000, rising to £24,500 after probation

Our client is a global educational specialist; they are currently undergoing a phase of expansion and are looking to add a Arabic OR Spanish OR French OR Italian Or Polish speaking Information Officer to their team.
The main duties of the Information Officer is to assist with international enquiries regarding international qualifications recognition and comparison of students or workers who wants to convert their educational achievements in to UK equivalent.
Full training will be provided
Duties and Responsibilities:
Handle a volume of inbound international enquiries using both your English and additional language
Develop knowledge of overseas qualifications allowing you to assist candidates with international qualifications recognition, comparison and verification process
Run them through the various steps and process
General admin duties
Work towards daily KPI’s
Required skills and personal attributes
A team player
Great communication skills both written and oral
MUST have a UK University Degree
Well organised and excellent attention to detail
Able to work to deadlines
Fluent in English and one of Arabic OR Spanish OR French OR Italian Or Polish
Must hold a current permit or visa showing their right to work in the UK
