About the Job
As part of our HR staffing team, you will help the company to perform the following recruitments duties:
Preparation of job descriptions,
Job postings on Job-sites and Social Media platforms,
Sourcing and selection of candidates,
Reaching out to candidates at career fairs, exhibitions, and through Social Media platforms (such as LinkedIn),
Interviewing of candidates (video calls),
Prepare the resumes to propose the candidate(s) which fit each job role with a quick turnaround time (ie. promptly),
Preparation of quotations and costings,
Arranging interviews with selected candidate(s) for hiring manager(s),
Follow up with the hiring managers to confirm the hiring,
Preparation of employment-related documents to sign up the candidate(s) once confirmed by the hiring manager.
Strategize, develop, plan and execute the talent sourcing program to support the business targets.
Perform recruitment activities to source for ICT Talents for projects, as well as, to support customers’ needs.
Propose selected candidates to Hiring Managers and/or customers.
Participate in campus recruitment events, career fairs, and liaison with Institutions of Higher Learnings on job postings.
Track and provide daily, weekly and monthly management reports related to recruitment matters.
Research and analyze the job market trends and statistics, as well as talent pool and availability so that our HR and recruitment practices are adapted to improve business and talent needs.
B. Talent Management
Build relationships with talents (staffs) through informal meetings, networking and team building activities.
Handle queries and feedback from staff, as well as the clients, and provide prompt response or resolutions accordingly.
Track and provide daily, weekly and monthly management reports related to talents’ and clients’ matters.
C. Other value adds
Participate in tenders.
Create quotations and proposals for potential requirements from clients.
Support regional business expansion plans, when necessary.
