We specialize in rapid product development, helping companies all around the world create products without code (webpages, mobile apps, web services). We are looking for a hard-working Performance Marketing Manager, who will be in charge of our growth and paid channels. No 9-to-5 mentality. - Ability to influence company direction and take ownership. - Leadership over the content marketing function (you will be doing meaningful work and will be involved in all marketing processes). - Ability to achieve remarkable results and grow with us (we're rapidly growing 30% month over month). - Fast growth no-code market and product with PMF. - Mentorship and support from our startup family. ✍️ Here's What You'll Be Doing: - Testing new marketing channels (Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Bing Ads, TikTok, Quora, Reddit, and much more). - Manage all existing paid search campaigns (including text ads, dynamic search ads, and remarking). - Leading growth marketing efforts in user acquisition, activation, and retention. - Working closely with GTM and marketing analytics. - Reporting on performance with a focus on profitability, scale, and long-term valueю - Taking part in all marketing activities, utilizing PR, email nurturing campaigns, content marketing, go-to-market strategies. ✍️ Preferred Skills: - 4 years of experience in performance and growth marketing. - Understanding of how to improve CAC, LTV, ROMI, CPM, CPV, VTR, CTR, CPC, CPA (and you don’t need to google what this means :) - Strong experience in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Ads Manager. - Proven ability to manage budgets. - Proven results of driving exponential growth (10x+ revenue ) - Strong data analysis skills, deep understanding of Google Analytics and GTM. - Experience in both B2B and B2C, launching and scaling acquisition programs from the ground up. - Familiarity with Hubspot, Airtable, Airtable, Figma.
