We are looking for someone enthusiastic, trustworthy, professional and reliable; who is solution- oriented and customer focused, that loves to work outdoors.
Prefer experienced Pool Technician (will train) to care for customers' swimming pools- Residential and Commercial Clients- with the ability to interact with and treat clients with utmost respect. (As an Independent Contractor, Freelance, possibly as Employee). An ideal candidate will have a background in swimming pool repair and maintenance, will be capable of troubleshooting and repairing existing equipment, and performing regular maintenance of the pool. Plumbing knowledge is helpful. Will consider training someone that does not have specific experience. The successful individual will be a self starter, enjoys working independently, with minimal oversight and guidance. Handles all matters with integrity and professionally. Also assist his or her customers in cleaning their pool, maintaining the filtration system, running a new water analysis, and preparing for the upcoming season.
Valid Drivers License, Clean DL and No Criminal Record, Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Minimum high school degree. Reliable transportation
Truck may be provided, fuel, equipment and supplies provided.
Responsibilities:
Test and sanitize the pool water for balance.
Maintain pumps and filters.
Remove leaves and tree debris from the pool.
Perform equipment maintenance.
Order replacement parts.
Reset a tripped breaker.
Perform pool services.
Control water chemistry.
Monitor chemicals to achieve desired levels.
Perform weekly pool cleaning.
Adjust and monitor the chemical composition of water.
Approximately 20-32 hours week plus minus flexible somewhat, strong possibility for full time hours; if able to handle required responsibilities efficiently, proficiently. Opportunity to grow with business as it grows.
