Job overview and responsibility Goal The goal is to ensure an efficient and productive manufacturing process that meets operation requirements and 4P’s quality standards. The situation Pizza 4P’s has built our company and brand around the core value of Omotenashi,with the spirit of wholehearted hospitality and we have maintained quality throughout our growth journey by Kaizen which is continuous improvement. However, as we accelerate our journey to make the World smile for Peace, we need to ensure consistent, high quality standards of our products across our network. Thus, the production of cheese, semi-food and other food items to supply for our chain of nearly 30 full dine-in restaurants across the country are the core and the key to our guest satisfaction. The deliverables - Ensure the new Central Kitchen (CK) establishment in Long Hau industrial zone is within target timeline and budget - Work on the daily/weekly/monthly production plan, schedules and budget based on company’s strategic plan - Direct production of semi-food, packaging and delivery of prepared food items from the CK in compliance with food quality, freshness, appearance and portions - Ensures all purchase and usage in CK is properly recorded, control food cost and analyze whether food cost is optimized - Review and constantly update (where required) our quality and food safety standards, department‘s procedures and instruction file to ensure such standards - Direct all other production activities and ensures cost effectiveness and consistency with prescribed quality, accuracy and performance standards - Maintain properties and equipment to ensure compliance with governmental regulations and effective and economical operations - Works out and continuous optimization of the production processes, product quality and handle the emergency problems timely during the production - Develops and ensure implementation of EHS management system and ensure compliance with company internal QA policies as well as relevant local and international regulations - Prepares and submits required operating reports to management to inform current production status and to make recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness - Finds the better quality and cost performance of ingredients with procurement team for products - Finds the best standard working hours vs productivity to ensure the efficiency of Daily/Weekly/Monthly productions - Sets up and follow the KPI target of department to ensure achievement rate Working Location The position is based in the Long Hau Industrial zone. Business traveling to other provinces (Lam Dong, Ha Noi, etc) may be required from time to time. Required skills and experiences - Good knowledge and experience in ISO, HACCP or equivalent international standards - Fluent in technical English - Over 05 years of production management for all sites of production, quality, warehouse, logistics, purchasing with at least 03 years in similar position in a well-known food manufacturing company of high quality standard - Quality focus with Kaizen mindset - Strong people management skills - Empathy with our vision and passion for food industry Training & Working schedule - 2 months onboarding and probation - Works 200 hours/ month: 8 hours/ day and 5 days off per month, flexible working hours based on operation schedule Preferred skills and experiences - Prefer experience in production management oversea
