About the role As a member of the o9 Strategic Sales Project team within Sales Operations, you will help manage priority projects, programs & portfolios across multidisciplinary teams. This position will put you in a central role in a challenging environment and provides a great opportunity to be highly visible to our sales leadership. The position has a wide range of responsibilities, from initiating and organizing projects to effectively standardizing tools and templates and measuring program results, and will allow you to create impact and further develop project and managerial skills. Most importantly is that you are excellent in stakeholder management. What will you be doing? Effectively managing multiple projects; monitoring and managing the progress of project(s) Identifying bottlenecks, dependencies and risks, analyzing and solving them Setting out, monitoring and escalating action points; Ensuring an effective communication flow, both within the team and with (external) stakeholders Ensuring projects are aligned to the strategic goals of o9 Standardizing project tracking and reporting Standardizing project management tools and templates Developing a company-wide program management methodology Helping in scaling and rolling out the PMO function The ideal candidate we are looking for Education: Master’s degree, required Experience: Up to 2 years working experience with Sales and Project Management.
