Project Manager Germany
Location: remote in Germany or office-based in Berlin, Germany
We are growing and we are looking for someone to join a highly motivated, dedicated and dynamic team who thrive in technical environments and live to manage complex Web development projects. As a Project Manager, you will play an active role in the project success from the initial project planning to the planned launch.
You will be part of a service delivery team, but work closely together with our other departments.
Joining our team, you will work with some of the worlds leading brands. This team, lead by our program manager in Berlin, is open to applicants either in Berlin or remote who are Native/Fluent German speakers. Due to the nature of the client this team works with German language, spoken and written is a must for the role.
Responsibilities:
What awaits you:
• You are responsible for project planning and take full ownership over the project discovery, design, production, delivery and launch
• You will lead the effort estimation process, guide the Sprints /Project planning, keep the project monitoring and control to ensure all requirements and acceptance criteria are defined and understood by the full team
• You will ensure that project implementation remains within the planned scope, time frame and budget
• Identify project risks, plan their mitigation and synchronize these activities with all parties involved
• Make sure there is a good internal and external collaboration between all teams involved
Qualifications:
What you bring:
• Previous experience as Project Manager, ideally in a digital agency environment
• Excellent comprehension skills that help you quickly grasp complex interrelationships and to prepare goal-oriented, efficient and motivating solutions
• Outstanding moderation and presentation skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• An excellent level of German and English, both at or near native language level (both written and spoken)
• Academic background and project management certifications are considered a plus, but we favor demonstrable, practical experience
