DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
>Point of contact with building administration. The receptionist should be aware of the >building guidelines and responsible for informing the immediate superior of building updates.
>Greets clients and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
>Responsible for effectively scheduling appointments and booking for employees and visitors.
>Assist clients in finding their way around the office.
>Ensure access for visiting clients by coordinating with the building administration.
>Inform employees occupying the office on visiting clients as necessary.
>Assist with administrative tasks including taking notes, and arranging transportation for employees.
>Answer calls in a professional manner and route calls as necessary.
>Prepare meeting and training rooms, ensuring the venue is clean and organized.
>Assist colleagues with administrative tasks.
>Supervise janitorial staff.
>Performing ad-hoc administrative tasks.
>Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of the office.
>Provide excellent customer service.
