We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile individual to join our team as a Receptionist cum Media Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for handling receptionist duties while also managing our media and social media presence.
Receptionist Duties:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer incoming calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conferences.
Assist with administrative tasks such as sorting mail, managing office supplies, and maintaining records.
Media Management:
Develop and execute an effective media strategy to enhance brand visibility and reach.
Manage the company's social media accounts and engage with the online community.
Create compelling and relevant content for social media platforms.
Monitor social media trends, respond to comments, and address customer inquiries or concerns.
Stay up-to-date with emerging social media platforms and digital marketing trends to ensure the company remains innovative and competitive.
Qualification:
1- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role
2- Strong knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing strategies.
3- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4- Minimum bachelor's degree
