ROLE - RECRUITMENT INTERN EXP REQUIRED- 0-3 MONTHS OF HR EXP. WORKING DAYS-6 WORKING HOURS- 10:00AM -7:00 PM COMPENSATION- 2000 TO 3000 MONTHLY DURATION- 3 MONTHS ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :- 1.Candidate soucing ans screening hundred of applicants through, linkedIn etc. and conducting telephonic interviews per day to shortlist candidates. 2. Coordinating recruiting operational process and detailed record-keeping 3.Process applicants through funnel of scrrening 4.Report recruiting activities on a timely basis REQUIREMENTS :- 1. 0-3 months of recruitment experience in consultancy 2. excellent communication and inter personal skills
