The CRO Specialist enhances online performance by analyzing data, conducting A/B tests, PPC campaigns, Websites Audits, collaborating with SEO's, content marketers, designers, and developers, and developing strategies to increase user conversions, while staying updated on industry trends.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Examine site and funnel data to spot improvement opportunities.
-Plan and conduct A/B tests for enhanced user conversion.
-Work with UX/UI designers to improve page layouts and user experience.
-Analyze data for actionable insights to boost site performance.
-Create, maintain a strong CRO strategy in line with business goals.
-Coordinate with SEO / Content teams for cohesive messaging, user journeys.
-Offer frequent conversion metrics, trend, test result updates.
-Keep current with CRO tools, tech, best practices for competitiveness.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
-Proven experience in conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and digital analytics tools.
-Solid analytical abilities, capable of deciphering intricate data and offering practical recommendations.
-Proficiency in CRO and SEO tools such as Optimizely, Unbounce, or Hotjar, and Google search console and Google analytics 4
-Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and present findings to stakeholder
