We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Data Entry / Typist to support our administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is fast, accurate, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining digital records, as well as performing basic clerical duties.
Key Responsibilities
Enter, update, and maintain large volumes of data into company databases
Prepare and type documents, reports, and correspondence
Verify data for accuracy and completeness before submission
Organize and maintain digital filing systems
Review and correct errors in data entries
Handle confidential information with discretion
Assist with general administrative tasks as needed
Meet daily and weekly productivity targets
Qualifications
Previous data entry, typing, or administrative experience preferred
Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 40–60 WPM preferred)
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic computer tools
Ability to work remote with minimal supervision
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
Experience with spreadsheets (Excel/Sheets)
Familiarity with CRM or database systems
Basic knowledge of document formatting
Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently
