Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with clients to understand their travel requirements and preferences.
2. Research various travel options including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities.
3. Provide recommendations based on client preferences and budget.
4. Book flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other travel arrangements.
5. Ensure all bookings are accurate and complete.
6. Assist clients with visa applications and other necessary documentation.
7. Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on their travel arrangements.
8. Handle any changes or issues that may arise during the travel process.
9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel industry trends and regulations.
10. Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire travel process.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience as a Travel Coordinator or similar role is preferred.
2. Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
3. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficient in using online booking platforms and other related software.
6. Knowledge of international travel regulations is an asset.
7. Passion for travel and eagerness to learn about different destinations.
