Virtua is looking for an excellent Report Analyst who’s ready to take the remote working route and start growing while still pursuing their personal goals. You must be able to work in the EST time zone.
Qualifications must be:
• Competence with the advanced version of Microsoft Excel is a plus
• Ability to prioritize and must be able to meet tight deadlines.
• Analytical and have a good eye for details. They must also be able to stay calm under pressure and communicate well with stakeholders.
• Must be able to meticulously analyze data, and use the information to make appropriate decisions and come up with reasonable solutions.
• proven capacity to establish relationships quickly.
• Must have two years or more of work experience in a contact center industry
• Two or more years' experience as a Report Analyst in a Workforce Management
• Must demonstrate proficiency in interpersonal and communicative skills to a diverse set of constituencies in a wide - range setting
• Competency in decision making and resolving complicated challenges
• Proactively obtain the right data from reliable resources, perform root cause analysis, refer to long-term plans and goals, prioritize key aspects and assertively resolve the issues quickly.
• Willing to work on a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as needed.
