Experience in Strategy division of an IT Company doing automation work OR BA automation role in an IT / Consulting company
Engineer from Tier I/II colleges Or MBA from Tier I/II colleges
2 years of experience in a consulting firm or in the internal strategy role in a company
Business analyst / consultant with experience in delivering on business process mining / consulting engagements
Exposure to / Trained in Automation tools (UiPath / Blue Prism / Automation Anywhere / Power Automate etc.) or BPM tools (Appian, Pegasystems etc.)
Strong problem solving, oral & written communication, presentation skills
