Are you ready to join a growing real estate company that’s continuously disrupting the industry and becoming a market leader? The vacant land space has been bought and sold the same way for hundreds of years, but now Discount Lots is fundamentally changing the way land is transacted across the country. They are a leading direct to consumer real estate company looking to hire a Sales Account Executive. In this role, your primary focus will be on communicating with leads to negotiate prices and acquire lots from owners. As you will be responsible for acquiring and enriching the lot inventory, you will play a key role at Discount Lots. You will work closely with the Acquisition Team & Appointment Setting Team, however, you will also interact with the entire company during the weekly meetings. In the first week or two at the company, you will have training and onboarding organized for you to learn more about the tools and processes. You will also handle and call leads, and do some follow up calls on clients/customers. In order to excel in this role, you need to have: -At least 1 year of solid sales experience (ideally in real estate, but not required) -Experience with Xencall, Salesforce, and Skype -Strong sales skills and the ability to build rapport with clients -Results-oriented attitude and tactical approach to sales -Confidence & the ability to sell yourself, your skills and company services Brownie points for: -Experience with CRMs -Real estate industry experience -Experience with cold calling and solid negotiation skills What’s in it for you? -Monthly salary of $1500 - $2500* and commissions on closed deals -Full-time and fully remote employment -Working hours: flexible, with a 4-hour overlap between 9 AM - 5 PM CST -Paid leaves and PTO -Salary increases based on performance and contributions -Opportunities for promotion to a more senior role *Please note that this is a gross salary and that you are responsible for any tax-related procedures in your country of residence.
