Sales Coordinator
About the Role
We are looking for a detailed-oriented Sales Coordinator to contribute to the achievement of sales targets by supporting sales representatives, coordinating sales activities, and maintaining good customer relationships.
The sales coordinator’s responsibilities include supporting sales, ensuring order satisfaction, coordinating with other departments, handling administrative duties and promoting customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:
• Coordinate sales teams
• To coordinate order placements, deliveries, credit limit, payment term inquiries and quotations in accordance with company policy.
• To coordinate with customers on tax exemption applications
• To coordinate with the engineering service team on issues of free loan equipment to customers.
• to Collaborate with other departments (QC, Store, Production, and finance) to ensure sales, marketing queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently
• To prepare debtors aging/balancing report and monthly product sales report
• Manage import/export activities from planning, shipping, receiving and related documentation
What You'll Bring:
• Minimum a diploma or a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
• Prior 2 or more proven sales working experience
• Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous
• Good command of English, Malay. Able to speak fluently, write clearly, and to communicate effectively
• Language proficiency in Mandarin is added advantage.
• Experience in Import/Export documentations would be ideal
• Experience in SAP B1 is an added advantage
• Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations.
