Roles & Responsibilities Will be responsible for the achievement of individual and company goals through ● Communicate effectively with the students and motivate them to seek admissions ● Actively work with the college teams to execute marketing initiatives and achieve an organic inflow of leads ● Maintain a database through follow up, engagement to provide timely support. ● Create the need for Smart Learning and advise student-parent to enroll with SkilloVilla as a solution ● Handle Objections and Price Negotiation to generate Sales Revenue ● Learn/ Upgrade one's own Product Knowledge and Sales Skills to achieve and exceed growing Sales target(s) Desired Candidate Profile ● Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumer (students) behavior ● Must have excellent communication skills ● Excellent Selling/Negotiation Skills ● Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding business targets ● Thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous work environment
