Sales consultant develops new prospects and consults with new clients to create a partnership. He/she positions as the leader in problem solving challenging business in the creative industry.
Sales Consultants are skilled with knowledge of technology and solid business-to-business sales and account management experience. The Sales Consultant is an established leader in print and IT industries. He/she will introduce and build relationships for our Narrowcast SaaS-based software technology product with a high degree of skill and high level of integrity.
The Sales Consultant builds relationships with key prospects and account executives, understands their business objectives, gives consultative advice, and earns trust with prospects and clients. He /she consults with prospects or clients to help achieve their goals and drives business strategies to meet revenue and profit objectives while maximizing the highest level of quality and client satisfaction. He/she takes a leadership role in selling the developing and building loyal client relationships and maintaining strong team leadership.
The Sales Consultant demonstrates behaviors associated with a high performance sales culture, specifically, technical/sales expertise to successfully increase all phases of the sales cycle to maximize product utilization and professionally secure a client for life. He/she is a subject matter expert in the field and cultivates business relationships while continuously learning through company specific training initiatives and through self-development.
Responsibilities and Duties
Essential Job duties & Function
Identify and develop new clients through ethical sales methods and relevant relationships
Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales while also managing personal time and productivity
Plan and manage business portfolio
Manage product/service mix, pricing, and margins according to agreed aims
Use client and prospect contact activities tools and systems
Respond to and follow up sales inquiries using appropriate methods
Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information
Record, analyze, report and administer according to systems and requirements
Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships
Attend and present at external client meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
The Sales Consultant will manage the following processes:
Work leads from extensive prospect database, trade shows, marketing plan and outside sources
Selling process to bring on as partner/clients
Sales Consultative Selling process to establish strategies

Consult with and present to prospects to solve their business problems

Technology:

Qualification:
You should be strong in at least one of the following two.
Technology Sales experience (preferably SaaS-based software)Consultative (Problem/Solution) selling experience
Communicate with best ideas:
Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Possess excellent telephone etiquette
Ability to answer client’s questions and successfully resolve issues and/or negotiate matters related to client’s business problems/objectives
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business contracts
Write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from
Must maintain clear and concise documentation and positive approach to conflict resolution
Project Management:
