Commission Structure:
1 to 10 building hardware sales of $500 to $5000 + bonus of $1000 + 3 year residual income on each software sale of 35% total. Average building software fees are $2700 a year.The goal is to ramp you up to hit $150,000 your first year. With the assistance with the marketing & Leadgen teams generating interest from property management companies, a tiered bonus for hitting 10, 50, 100+ buildings and a healthy residual component this is very achievable. There is only one other competitor in the space and this solution has a Return on Investment for buildings that sign up!
Description of the Role
Track and follow up with dealer network regularly on sales
pipeline, and maintain an internal funnel
Initiate sales via email and phone, with the dealer and
management pipeline
Follow up on deals in play regularly
Ensure a seamless on-boarding experience for all multifamily & commercial market audiences, Resident/Management/Dealer
Help to continually develop digital materials, digitally distribute and maintain materials, on mostly virtual meetings to support & train managers and dealers on our platform
Manage customer support process and improve customer experience
Requirements
Transferable Sales Experience, B2B & High Ticket Closing Preferred
2 + year of sales experience preferred, but be ready to
work hard & learn fast
Experience in software sales (SAAS) (property management software or mobile app), real estate, technology or marketing is preferred
Ability to work with or easily learn project management programs like Pipedrive, Microsoft Suite, experience with Freshdesk, preferred
Available to travel to trade shows a few times per year
Effective problem identification and resolution skills with
demonstrated organization skills and a strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with others
in a team environment.
Strong technology skills, and able to grasp app and web concepts easily
Strong written and verbal communication skills
