The Role : Sales Freelancer - TADA’s customer retention products. - Being able to leverage on your current network in a plus (corporates, retail, F&B, etc). - Manage and close inbound leads. - Actively prospecting via cold calls and email (leads will be given). - Be adept at utilizing video conferencing software to deliver demo presentations. - CRM proficiency, manage and provide transparency and visibility into accurate pipelines. - Work closely with prospective clients to understand their business objectives and create the most appropriate solution to meet their needs. - Show a high degree of self-motivation and work well both as an individual and within a team environment. - Frequently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. The Candidate - Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent. - 2 - 3+ years of experience in B2B sales. - Proven success in developing new business and managing complex sales cycles. - Can work independently and manage time remotely. - Have a process-driven sales approach and proficiency in using CRM tools to manage leads. - Proven track record of presenting and closing mid-market relationships / accounts. - A strong understanding of B2B SaaS products is preferred. - Strong cold calling / cold emailing skills ; you should be comfortable calling directly into an organization and seeking out decision-makers for our products and services. - Great presentation skills. - Ability to interact at all levels of an organization. - Ability to handle multiple priorities and demands in a fast-paced environment. - You have a proven track history of establishing successful and results-oriented client relationships. - Strong teamwork ethic, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
