Role Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager specialized in antibody-drug conjugate to help identify and nurture opportunities with both new and existing customers through outbound and inbound inquires. The successful candidate will provide operational, planning, and analytical support to the ADC team at Creative Biolabs. Key Responsibilities: Sales of ADC related products. Relationship and trust building with new customers to win new business in ADC therapeutics industry. Measure sales force productivity and ensure effective implementation of established strategies. Proficiency in a team selling environment and collaborate cross-functionally for proper utilization of internal resources. Operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining focus and a customer first attitude. Basic Qualifications: Ph.D. in cellular and molecular biology, pharmacology, biochemistry, immunology, or related fields. Prior successful field sales experience selling into clinical, academic, government, and biotech. Knowledge in ADC research and development. Demonstrate strong entrepreneurial mindset, collaborative behaviors, and good negotiating skills. Excellent interpersonal, telephone, presentation, oral, and written communication skills.
