Role Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager specialized in stem cell technologies to help identify and nurture opportunities with both new and existing customers through outbound and inbound inquires. Key Responsibilities: Sales of stem cell related products. Create strategies and long-term relationships with major translational and industrial customers. Proficiency in a team selling environment and collaborate cross-functionally for proper utilization of internal resources. Work closely with the R&D team on assessing opportunities and developing stem cell projects. Operate effectively in a multi-tasking, dynamic environment, while maintaining focus and a customer first attitude. Basic Qualifications: Ph.D. in cellular and molecular biology, biochemistry, immunology, or related fields. Prior successful field sales experience selling into clinical, academic, government, and biotech. Knowledgeable in stem cell, immunotherapy, cell therapy, and cell culture. Demonstrate strong entrepreneurial mindset, collaborative behaviors, and good negotiating skills. Excellent interpersonal, telephone, presentation, oral, and written communication skills.
