We are looking for a talented and passionate Sales Operations Associate to join BrightTALK’s Finance and Business Operations department, working in our Sales Operations team. The Sales Operations team is responsible for building and maintaining the processes and tools used by our commercial organization. Aspects covered range from pricing and product integration, to contracting, accounting, revenue management and analytics. The team is uniquely connected with almost all parts of our business. Responsibilities - Working closely with all key user groups to ensure the optimal use of the platform - Day to day administration of the Salesforce platform - Developing processes and ensuring they align to the CRM requirements of the business - Gathering requirements from internal stakeholders - Providing training and documentation to ensure processes are adopted by the business and users - Developing your technical and consulting skills - Creating and maintaining reports and dashboards Skills - Strong Salesforce configuration skills including validation rules, workflows, approval processes, process builder and flows - Experience rolling out and delivering system changes to a business - Excellent stakeholder management skills - Strong communication skills - A commitment to continued development - Good focus and prioritisation skills and the ability to connect immediate tasks with strategic goals Expertise/ Qualifications - Proven Salesforce Administration experience (essential, 1-2 years minimum) - Certification in Salesforce Administration (beneficial) - Experience with the full project lifecycle – requirements, design, build, test, deployment - Experience working with both SQL and SOQL - Experience with Lightning - Experience with either FinancialForce or Netsuite (beneficial) - Experience with CPQ (beneficial) Why we like working at BrightTALK - Friendly, talented, collaborative and entrepreneurial teams. - Generous and comprehensive health and dental benefits, including 100% healthcare coverage for employees. -Generous holiday policy, flexible schedule and 4 weeks of PTO in the U.S. and 5 weeks of PTO in the U.K. in your first year at BrightTALK. - 401k matching program in the U.S. and pension contribution in the U.K. - Offices located in top destination cities. - Training allowance and regular innovation days. - Team building and paid volunteer time.
