True short Report creation
True short report processing
BOL Emails
CS Adjustment requests
SO rerun in SPS (All Facilities)
SO manual fulfillments
RA Creation per request
Return Review and Reach out on Pending Receipts
SO Recheck (Checking hanging Sales orders)
Reaching out to CS/Warehouse when a SO has been pending longer than a week with no shipment
Reset Pickups
Supporting Role to Receiving and Inventory Analyst
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business or related field
1-3 years experience in business process-related experience, inventory management, or supply chain-related areas
Good understanding of MS Excel and general knowledge of other office applications
Creative thinking skills with emphasis on developing innovative solutions to complex problems
Strong troubleshooting skills
Ability to learn and apply concepts quickly
Excellent verbal, written skills, and analytical skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills.
