The Sales Specialist role is one of the fastest-growing positions in sales and is crucial for the company to grow. Our sales specialists engage with prospects to uncover business needs and present Express as a solution to them.
⭐ Responsibilities
Convert a high volume of outbound leads into customers using our sales methodology
Call calling leads
Ability to manage upwards of 30-60 leads per day
Identify customer needs in order to bring products and services closer to those needs
Demonstrate the value of Express to their business, and generate interest
Perform effective online demos
Close deals
Maintain a pipeline of up to 4 sales per month
Work with our customer success team to initiate a smooth onboarding of the customer
⭐ Requirements
Native/near Native English spoken and written is a must
Knowledge or experience using CRM, Gmail, and Google tools
At least 2 years of previous experience as a sales or sales development representative
Desire to learn and adapt to a fast-paced digital environment
Startup experience is a plus
