What the job entails: >> Partner with sales, customer success, and marketing teams to project management processes across pricing strategy, quote management, and contract review in order to accelerate deal efficiency >> Report on results, ensure the accuracy of data in closed opportunities, collaborate with internal teams across finance and legal to ensure compliance >> Identify key trends and suggest improvements >> Assist with the maintenance of accurate data within the CRM >> Proactively liaise regularly with the leadership team to provide insight that supports key business decisions The Skills you need: >> At least 3 years of proven work experience as a Sales support specialist or Sales support associate at a software or technology organization, working closely with sales and customer success teams >> Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM systems, specifically HubSpot >> Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Suite Apps >> In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices >> Excellent communication skills >> Analytical and multitasking skills >> Teamwork and motivational skills >> A BS degree in Marketing or an Associate's degree in a relevant field is a plus
