The position’s main objective is to help to enhance JB Cocoa’s cocoa powder market share in the U.S./CAN
Responsible for targeting and developing new sales accounts. Travel necessary.
Servicing existing accounts
Sending quotes and RFPs as needs
Identify and attending tradeshows geared towards new business leads.
Identify new business opportunities and work on new leads generation. In addition to assisting with existing accounts,
candidate must have his/her own list of prospects.
Responsible for sending powder samples to customers and complete follow up.
Update sample sent database and record sample status
Assist sales & marketing director with special projects and events
Send weekly report on customer development
Handle customers requests and complaints (after sales service)
Required Skills and Experience
1 to 3 years of experience in cocoa powder sales in North America.
Food Science/Technology study background
SAP knowledge is required
The position requires the candidate to be proactive, be able to source new business leads independently.
Be able to work well as a team, have excellent organizational and communication skills.
BS/BA degree in Business Admin/Marketing is required.
