The position’s main objective is to help to enhance JB Cocoa’s cocoa powder market share in the U.S./CAN ­ Responsible for targeting and developing new sales accounts. Travel necessary. ­ Servicing existing accounts ­ Sending quotes and RFPs as needs ­ Identify and attending tradeshows geared towards new business leads. ­ Identify new business opportunities and work on new leads generation. In addition to assisting with existing accounts, candidate must have his/her own list of prospects. ­ Responsible for sending powder samples to customers and complete follow up. ­ Update sample sent database and record sample status ­ Assist sales & marketing director with special projects and events ­ Send weekly report on customer development ­ Handle customers requests and complaints (after sales service) Required Skills and Experience ­ 1 to 3 years of experience in cocoa powder sales in North America. ­ Food Science/Technology study background ­ SAP knowledge is required ­ The position requires the candidate to be proactive, be able to source new business leads independently. ­ Be able to work well as a team, have excellent organizational and communication skills. ­ BS/BA degree in Business Admin/Marketing is required.
