We are looking for a qualified individual to perform the duties of a Sales Lead in our Sales department. As sales and marketing personnel, you will be responsible for motivating and managing the sales team in achieving monthly/yearly sales targets. Besides, you will be coordinating with the sales rep in maximizing company sales. To help enhance the sales process, you should be able to identify new sales opportunities. you are to display positive and professional behaviour.
Furthermore, you will be assisting in training new team members. You should be able to monitor and fulfil any inventory requirements. Additionally, you will be coordinating with the Marketing team to develop promotional strategies based on sales forecasts.
Location: Erode, Salem, Tamil Nadu
Salary: Industry Best Salary + Incentives + Bonus Incentive.
• Preparing effective sales models to enhance sales funnel
• Ensuring monthly/yearly sales targets are met
• Assisting in training new team members
• Monitoring performance of Sales Team members
• Handling customer complaints and queries
• Preparing and presenting a detailed sales report
• Maintaining contact details like the email address, phone numbers of qualified leads for further process

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Any field.
• Minimum 3 years of Proven work experience in the Sales department as a Sales Team Lead, Sales Consultant or similar position
