✅ Design, develop, and maintain software components and their test suite
✅ Evaluate, select, and integrate 3rd party services, libraries, and components
✅ Continuously improve our systems, processes, and infrastructure
✅ Collaborate with other teams (frontend, embedded)
✅ Assess the feasibility of projects and customer requirements
✅ Build and maintain documentation
✅ Do code reviews and be code reviewed
✅ Communicate well and manage knowledge exchange in the team
✅ Debug problems and diagnose performance issues
