We seek a knowledgeable and passionate Senior Integration Engineer II to join our team. The successful candidate will have proven experience in designing, implementing, and delivering complex technology solutions to our partners. As an Integration Engineer, you will play a vital role in supporting our Sales Engineering team by providing integration support to partners, from initial design to implementation. Strong technical and project planning skills, along with excellent communication and experience in the Payments domain, are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional technical guidance and support to both internal and external partners, ensuring the successful delivery of our solutions.
Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers to determine and provide the most suitable technical solutions to meet partners' needs.
Coordinate pre-sale and post-sale implementation support, offering guidance on integrating with our technology platform.
Contribute thought leadership to enhance the Integration Experience for our partners, both presently and in the future.
Assist partners in verifying and certifying their solutions when necessary.
Develop concise and effective test plans for our solutions.
Contribute content to our development portal, establishing it as a comprehensive resource for technical guidance for our partners.
Communicate customer needs and challenges to our Engineering and Product teams, supporting their efforts to address them.
Foster strong working relationships with the development team to assist partners with technical queries and issues effectively.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in an engineering-focused technical role, such as Developer, QA, Technical Support, or Integrations Engineering.
4+ years of experience in the Payments domain.
Exceptional technical skills, particularly in implementing web services and integrating APIs.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding code in multiple programming languages.
Strong problem-solving abilities, addressing customer and partner issues effectively.
Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new technical systems and applications.
Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet partner needs.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with engaging presentation and written communication abilities.
Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach.
Strong collaborative skills, thriving in cross-functional environments that involve Product, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering disciplines.
