Job:
Grant Thornton is looking for an experienced senior consultant or manager on the transformation of finance and accounting functions for its operational consulting and outsourcing department.
Attached to our Transformation of the Finance Function Skills Center, you will be in charge of the following tasks:
Conduct performance diagnostics of the finance function (process, tools, and organization).
Diagnosis of the finance function, identification of improvements, recommendations on tool solutions, design of the solution in France and internationally (captive CSP, outsourced CSP on/off shore), business case, implementation plan/setup of the finance solution (which may include the deployment of a dematerialization tool)
Contribute to the construction of the methodology, approach, and tools supporting the offer.
Contribute to the commercial development of the offer (response to calls for tender)
Required profile
From Bac + 4 to Bac + 5 training, you have a minimum of 4 years of similar experience, ideally in a consulting firm.
You have already participated in accounting and finance transformation projects (CSP, process optimization, accounting, and financial reorganization) and have acquired the following skills:
Knowledge of key financial processes and associated accounting principles
Study, design, and implementation of CSP, new accounting organizations, end-to-end process optimization, and the deployment of this type of solution internationally are pluses.
Complex PMO management
Excellent team organization and leadership skills
Strong analytical and writing skills in French and English
Very good command of XLS and PowerPoint tools
