If you are up for the challenge and want to be a relentless pioneer, join us! The role and mission: We’re looking for a hands on Product Designer to lead the design for an area of our core platform. As a Product Designer at Contentserv, you'll be responsible for crafting beautifully intuitive experiences for a wide range of complex business problems and user personas. What you will do everyday: You’ll lead design for an area of our platform. >Whether it’s contributing to the long term strategic vision or delivering designs that enable us to get there in an incremental fashion. You’ll work on end-to-end deliverables. >Product Designers at Contentserv are comfortable working on everything from user journey mapping, to wire-framing, though to high-fidelity UI designs for developer hand-off. You’ll put the user first. >You’ll work closely with team mates to understand the what, why, and how, of the problems you’re designing solutions for, and provide a human-centred point of view. You’ll collaborate. >Working closely with PMs, Engineers, User researchers, and QA to ensure the team is aligned and producing high quality deliverables that meet user needs. You’ll advocate for delightful user experiences. >You make design decisions based on logical rationale and always advocate for the best possible user experience. You’ll use pragmatism to balance the ideal experience with trade-offs based on technical constraints, deadlines, or business risk. You’ll help raise the bar for design. >We’re a small design team and every one of us plays an important part in raising the overall quality of the products and experiences that we build. We’d love to work together if… You’ve got 5+ years experience working as a User Experience or Product Designer. You have experience working on highly complex B2B web applications, and the thought of solving complex problems in a simple and intuitive way excites you! You prioritise a great experience over trends and flashy visuals. You make well-reasoned design decisions, always advocating for the best possible user experience. You have a thoughtful portfolio that showcases high quality visual skills, the ability to dig deeper into problems, as well as measurable outcomes. You understand that great copy shifts the needle on user experience, you're a confident writer, and the copy in your designs is never a placeholder or afterthought.
