Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- We are looking for someone to hire and train immediately, who will be able to responsibly, professionally, and meticulously clean/detail and service/diagnose & repair both commercial & residential fitness equipment.
-You'll be traveling all over Calgary and possibly some jobs outside the city limits.
-Service supplies will be provided for you, which will be your responsibility to keep clean and organized. Supplies will be provided, and extra pay for non-billable hrs.
-This job is suitable for both males or females, but heavy lifting will be required as equipment will need to be moved. Lifting of about 200lbs will be necessary at times.
-This will be a Full-Time job, typically from 9-5 for most commercial customers. Residential could potentially be outside those hours, but we charge a premium for those.
Eligibility and Requirements:
-We are not looking for an employee but a Contractor.
You can quickly become a Sole Proprietor with your business name and GST#. You will invoice us as your own business, and you will get way more benefits and write-offs. If unsure, we can walk through this together.
- A vehicle and smartphone are a must and essential tools. Specially, we will provide the tools.
- Willing to sign a 6-month contract
- Must send resume with references and willingness to have a background check done. References will be verified before offering the job. So make sure they are included.
Benefits:
Pay starts at $15/billable hr while training and $25/billable hr plus $10 travel/job once you're on your own.
-Once capable of taking calls and emails, an additional $200/month will be offered, also covering time for laundry needs.
-The right individual will be trained into a managerial position to grow a team.
-Proper training will be provided to excel in the job within two weeks.
